This reflection
That I have cut my hands upon
Every creation
Ever threatening me to come undone
The way less traveled
A path that leads me down the narrow road
It may go somewhere new
But if I can't move
Then how will I know
For I see the specters
Behind every hill and every stone
But when I close my eyes
I see your face
The only peace I've known
For I see the shadows behind every smile
And every kindness shown

This hall of remembrance
In which all is cast in a shade of rose
If I cannot see through
The thorns to the truth
