Boris Blenn and Mickey Dressler got together in 1991 as Electric Universe, concentrating mostly on techno and trance sounds but experimenting with a wide range of electronica styles. Their domestically released albums include 1997's Stardiver and 1998's Waves. Blue Planet 99 was released the following year. In October of 2000 the band continued with the release of Divine Design. Two years later, the spacey and trance-heavy Unity was released on Spirit Zone Records. ~ Steve Huey
