About Bricklin
Artist Biography
This American six-piece rock band was founded by the Bricklin brothers in 1986. Featuring Jake Meyer (vocals, keyboards), Brian Bricklin (guitar, keyboards), Scott Bricklin (vocals, keyboards), Ian Cross (guitar, keyboard, vocals), James Goetz (bass, vocals) and Eddie Bader (drums), the band secured a contract with A&M Records in 1987. Adopting a commercial approach, their music was comparable in style to Toto, Loverboy, It Bites and Kansas. Although technically excellent and superbly produced, their two albums lacked individuality and distinction.
