Worship artist Todd Dulaney has reached the top of the gospel charts with his passionate vocal delivery and his fusion of traditional-meets-contemporary songwriting styles.
∙ After playing a few seasons of minor league baseball, Dulaney retired in 2005—following a spiritual call to pursue gospel music under the mentorship of Grammy-winner Smokie Norful.
∙ Pulling Me Through, his 2011 debut LP, featured “Simply Amazing,” a hit duet with Destiny Child’s Michelle Williams.
∙ Dulaney’s first live LP, A Worshipper’s Heart, was nominated for a Best Gospel Album Grammy Award in 2016.
∙ He achieved back-to-back No. 1s on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart with A Worshipper’s Heart (2016) and Your Great Name (2018).
